By placing an order on the CLÉS SÉLC online store, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@clesselc.com before placing your order. We must receive the payment in its entirety for the whole price for the goods ordered prior to organizing shipment. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide within the order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English. CLÉS SÈLC LLC holds zero liability for the lack of comprehension by the purchaser of such contracts and/or agreements.

 

TRANSACTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE
All transactions on this website are the responsibility of CLÉS SÉLC LLC. Your credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which keeps your purchasing data secure. We do not store your debit/credit card details on our server.

PRICES AND DUTIES
The CLÉS SÉLC online store accepts payments in USD (United States Dollars). Any other currencies are converted to USD prior or at the moment of sale.

The purchaser and/or recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you chose to ship to; payment of such is necessary to release your order.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Certain items are completed by hand in the CLÉS SÉLC studio to order. Purchasers will be notified as soon as possible if the availability or delivery is affected.

DELIVERIES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders received before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are expected but not guaranteed to ship out the same day. Any orders received after 1:00 PM EST are expected but not guaranteed to ship the following day. Each order must ship within 3 business days from the receipt of the purchaser’s full payment. Should the order be placed after 1:00 PM EST on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your item will be shipped on the following Monday. Select exceptions to these instances are items that are considered as being hand finished to order, in which case, an extra three days must be allotted for the order to be dispatched.

Deliveries are fulfilled by DHL or FedEx, dependent upon the recipient’s location. Our shipping rates are charged at a flat rate depending on the country.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided they are in a new and unworn condition.

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, CLÉS SÈLC LLC must be notified via email at info@clesselc.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The date understood as when the recipient received the order is the date provided as delivered from the shipping service used. The purchaser then has 14 days from the date of notification to return the item(s) to us. Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be covered by CLÉS SÈLC LLC, in which a shipping label will be provided via email.

Returned items that have been subject to free shipping and are being returned exclusively for a monetary refund, and not for an exchange of item or credit note, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We, at CLÉS SÉLC, take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. Any items deemed unsatisfactory are considered subject to wear and tear will not be accepted. We will replace any faulty item(s) if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make such clear when submitting the request via info@clesselc.com.

For any exchanges, the recipient must notify CLÉS SÈLC within calendar 14 days of receiving your order. The date understood as when the recipient received the order is the date provided as delivered from the shipping service used. You then have 14 calendar days from the date of notification to return the item(s) to us. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ship/post the item(s) back. However, a shipping label will be provided via email for the returned item(s). Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within the said time frame. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to a refund or exchange. Any shipping costs involved within items being sent to the purchaser, including during exchanges, must be paid by the purchaser. Once the return is received, the new item will be shipped at CLÉS SÈLC LLC’s earliest convenience.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear within 3-5 business days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. CLÉS SÉLC credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the CLÉS SÉLC web store. If you want to purchase from the site with your credit note please contact us at info@clesselc.com before making your purchase.

Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the United States of America (USA).

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the same condition they were shipped to the recipient in. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
